We are looking for a Product Tech Lead (Senior Full Stack Engineer) to drive our platform from MVP stage into a scalable, high-impact product that meets client needs and adapts to evolving regulatory frameworks.

In this role, you will define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring our product is robust, user-friendly, and future-ready. Depending on start dates, you may also oversee the build of our MVP (a gamified dashboard + AI agent) and ensure it is successfully prepared for pilot testing.

You will play a key role in turning our vision into reality, building a product that can deliver traction and long-term growth.

Requirements

Strong full-stack experience (React or Vue + Node.js/Python + PostgreSQL or Firebase).

Experience with LLMs, conversational agents, or Slack app integrations.

Product-minded: can translate high-level ideas into usable, testable features.
Proven ability to take products from MVP/prototype to market-ready offerings with traction.

Ability to define requirements, validate feasibility, and lead technical conversations with non-product colleagues.

Comfortable in startup/pilot environments (lean, fast, iterative).

Able to balance rapid iteration with compliance/regulatory needs.

Strategic thinker with a focus on scaling products and adapting to client/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver a functional MVP for pilot testing while ensuring it lays the groundwork for future scale.

Build the dashboard (web app: scores, benchmarks, leaderboards, and the 5-stage product suite) and develop the AI agent (Slack bot or lightweight web agent). Then evolve them into a robust, client-ready product.

Build sustainable infrastructure — moving from MVP-level functionality to scalable, automated systems (include setting up basic backend for user accounts, data storage, and progress tracking)

Adapt product quickly to client feedback during and after pilots.

Ensure governance and regulatory requirements are integrated into the product design.

Work with innovation/business development/ commercial and product teams to convert pilots into adoption and traction.

Guide long-term technical strategy — architecture, prioritisation, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.

Ensure any MVPs are scalable enough for small pilots, while leaving room for iteration.

Ensure the product is ready for traction and market fit by mutually agreed timelines.

Define technical requirements in collaboration with Eticas’ data scientists and leadership.

Validate feasibility of proposed features and advise on trade-offs.

Coordinate with internal data scientists, ensuring they deliver required components.

Contribute to defining longer-term technical hiring needs (e.g. data science profiles).

Build the data infrastructure needed to move from MVP to full offering, anticipating scalability issues.

Start automating everything that could be automated from the product suite, supporting data scientists’ thinking further.

Use prompt-engineering or lightweight prototypes to “fake” the AI Agent and define the final product direction.

Potential to extend into a long-term leadership role if traction is achieved.
