Overview

Security Sales Manager drives sales growth and execution across security solutions while inspiring a high-energy, customer-focused team. Aligns the team with organizational vision and customer success goals, ensuring adherence to proven sales frameworks. Leads efforts to anticipate competitive threats, close market gaps, and deliver end-to-end AI and cloud-driven transformations for customers.

Security Sales Manager owns pipeline management and accurate forecasting, collaborating with leadership to achieve business objectives. Fosters cross-team collaboration and operational excellence to accelerate deal closure. Champions the use of AI-powered analytics and forecasting tools for precision and impact.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Partnership

Acts as a customer and partner advocate, providing feedback to refine strategies and build trust. Promotes customer success through tailored solutions and early partner engagement to drive adoption and value. Shares insights to improve go-to-market execution and align sales plays with market needs. Serves as a trusted advisor, fostering strategic relationships and advocating for resources that accelerate business transformation.

People Management

Leads through empowerment and accountability by modeling values, coaching for success, and caring for growth. Models culture and leadership principles, defines objectives, enables collaboration, and supports learning. Invests in attracting, retaining, and developing talent while understanding individual aspirations.

Sales Operations and Pipeline Management

Drives operational excellence and cross-team collaboration to execute business strategy. Simplifies complexity, integrates solutions, and builds technical sales capabilities. Promotes technology and AI tools for forecasting and growth, identifies new revenue streams, and adapts enterprise strategies locally. Oversees pipeline health, addresses roadblocks, and ensures accurate forecasting to meet targets and optimize ROI.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Shapes strategy to address market gaps and competitive threats using AI-driven insights. Develops tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends. Implements strategic sales plans to capture market share and build talent pipelines. Leads AI and cloud transformation initiatives, differentiates Microsoft offerings, and promotes innovation and security in customer engagements. Aligns team with vision and fosters agility to maintain competitive advantage.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND strong technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
Finnish enterprise security market knowledge
Fluency in Finnish language
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND significant technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND decade plus years technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
People manager expeirnece is a strong advantage
