The Commercial Finance Lead is accountable for executing Europe North Multi Country Cluster and Poland's Sub Area core finance process and leveraging analytics and insights to drive revenue, consumption/usage, and maximize ROI. Additionally, the Commercial Finance Manager drives long-range planning across the Sub Area. The Commercial Finance Lead will manage a team of finance professionals and will empower and inspire our people to lead and be part of high performing impactful teams while providing diverse career opportunities.

Prioritize
- Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions, etc.). Prepares and summarizes recommendations.
- Works directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable budget for each group. Completes and reviews analysis, modelling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partners and solicits insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
- Guides others to contribute to budget, reporting, closing, and recurring business review processes. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting. Ensures team is generating relevant and actionable insights to move business forward. Collaborates and empowers others to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
- Delivers results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting. Generates relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward.
Partnership
- Shares business insights and advances solutions and action plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities. Provides credible insights into trends, performance improvements, and growth. Facilitates to resolve complex issues. Manages and executes processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Articulates a comprehensive view of financial results and approaches leaders can implement based on deep understanding of business partner and counterpart work context and situation. Considers competing views and alterative solutions when formulating recommendations for financial plans and forecasts.
- Drives improvements in data management through automation. Applies understanding of advanced technology to accomplish business goals and to provide greater depth of analysis.
- Understands the interconnections between data, information, and results and translates this into forward looking narratives and forecasts. Implements creative ways to show patterns and draw conclusions to help drive decisions and clearly communicate findings.
Protect
- Own MCAPS finance policy and guidance.
- Continue strong alignment with Internal Audit, EG finance, CFT and other corporate partners driving risk-based compliance frameworks. Build relationships of trust and honesty to ensure compliance risks are freely discussed and handled in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND significant experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field and extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Office presence of minimum 3 days per week.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Proven collaboration and strong teamwork capability, including virtual engagement.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- IT/Tech industry experience.
- Strong Leadership on values & integrity with ability to scale and influence for impact.
- People Management experience.
