The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to execution plans and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible in Switzerland. Our team drives regional plans, insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
We are looking for a highly driven AI Workforce activation GTM (covering Switzerland) to join our DACH AI Business Solutions GTM team.
The AI Workforce Activation GTM, reports to the DACH ABS GTM lead and has accountability for specific Solution plays within AI Business Solutions, working left to right to maximize revenue growth, share and profitability for Cloud Endpoint/W365, defining the right GTM strategy for Switzerland leveraging global and EMEA investments to bring precision to how we compete and win across EMEA. This role sits at the forefront of our strategy, at an exciting time as our customers embrace AI at scale, and navigate a changing world of work. The role has accountability for our most strategic products such as Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and contribute to M365 Copilot / Agentic GTM execution plan in Switzerland which include Consumption motion, Partner enablement/plans and landing programs at scale.

Responsibilities
You will be the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing Cloud Endpoint, Windows 365, AVD within the AI Biz Solutions business as well as leverage product and/or technical subject matter expertise as well as industry, market and competitive knowledge to share insights and feedback to regional Compete lead, land and position the compete value proposition from EMEA and tailor messaging to both internal and external audiences.
· You will execute AI Biz Solutions solution play plans (specific to Cloud Endpoint, Windows 365, AVD), enable and activate the sellers and track the efficacy of plans across the business in Switzerland, providing insights to the EMEA Cloud Endpoint solution play GTM on effectiveness, impact, challenges, opportunities. You`ll contribute on driving sustainable growth within and beyond the boundaries of the fiscal year as well as accept accountability for performance, scorecard metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business and identify strategic priorities and drives alignment across the business to enable the team/stakeholders to deliver against priorities.
· You will orchestrate and execute the strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans across the business working closely with marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions that support a One Microsoft approach to overall business strategy and execution as well as partner with one partner organization to guide the development and execution of programs to recruit and enable partners to achieve target capacity and quality.
· You will ensure Swiss field communities have the enablement and activation needed to run the business locally and serve as the primary orchestrator between the EMEA regional SEO AI Biz Solutions team and the field and ensure field, and EMEA regional leadership are aligned on business results and actions to take.
· You will drive Swiss leadership through revealing and pursuing long-range, white-space growth opportunities and investment plans, including geographical expansion as well cross-references opportunities within the market with the area/subsidiary's capabilities to develop strategies that maximize performance across the business.
· You will drive a pipeline of feedback from sales to the partners and leverage EMEA regional competitive strategy and plans landing, and executing with local sales, customers and partners as well as track progress on investments, ensuring UATs are raised for technical and business blockers with the team.
· You will exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, Leadership Principles and create clarity by creating a shared understanding and building a clear course of action.
Qualifications
Proven years of experiance marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales or related work experience. Strong experience and deep understanding of AI Workforce, Gen AI marketplace, competition, solutions, partner ecosystem, market opportunity and product experience relevant to the Cloud Endpoint solution play beneficial.
