Overview

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

As an Enterprise Commercial Leader and senior member of the Country leadership team, you will build and accelerate the momentum of AI transformation for enterprise customers and partners, as well as for Microsoft and deliver on short-term and long-term financial goals and responsibilities. As a senior leader and sales coach, you will be fluent in sales-leadership practices and lead with vision, simplicity, and execution on a determined strategy. Collaborate with key leaders/stakeholders across the organization to build a sustainable growth engine that is cohesive, resilient, and optimized. Drive joint, continuous business planning and alignment with internal and external audiences. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.

Responsibilities
  • You will exceed Revenue, Consumption, Usage and Customer Satisfaction goals. Demonstrate C-Suite engagement in accelerating customers’ AI Transformation, driving a significant increase in deal size through industry knowledge.
  • Build momentum on large deals providing leadership around new business creation and logo wins. Lead the transformation of our sales teams through frictionless cross-team orchestration, delivering value and satisfaction for enterprise customers as One Microsoft.
  • Execute the industry go to market adapting to maturity of area and market. Leverage competitive market insights to successfully deliver industry solutions into market.
  • Deep Industry Credibility and Customer, Partner and Market Thought Leadership, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, customer outcomes and in delivering value.
  • You will lead as an extension of the global Industry team, contributing to the industry strategy, leveraging market and customer insights. Serve as the trusted advisor and spokesperson in the industry, representing Microsoft in trade, regulatory and policy environments opening doors and removing barriers.
  • Motivate teams to enable business and technical outcomes, modeling partner advocacy and sponsorship to drive scale through co-selling.
  • In conjunction with sales managers you will commit to attracting, leading, developing and retaining a diverse and inclusive sales organization that is motivated and agile. Foster a collaborative, inspirational coaching culture that empowers the team to deliver and continuously learn.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND extensive experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND extensive experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organization
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Extensive direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience
  • This role requires collaboration with local customers, therefore fluency in Polish is needed.
