Overview

This is an opportunity to lead the Copilot Data and Metrics Platform PM team. This team builds the foundational data infrastructure that fuels Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences. Our goal is to make sure every interaction and feature can be measured and analyzed, allowing teams to gain insights quickly and improve Copilot experiences. Our platform ingests, curates, and serves compliant, privacy-preserving datasets at scale, supporting offline and online evaluation, analytics, feedback loops, metrics authoring and creation of key dashboards. We partner deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams to accelerate innovation across the M365 ecosystem. This team operates with high agility to enable M365 Copilot teams to innovate fast, with high-pace and intensity.

We are looking for a seasoned Principal PM Manager who can bring product leadership in shaping the compliant data infrastructure that aims to accelerate time-to-insight and decision-making for Copilot builders, ultimately enhancing the AI-powered experience for Microsoft customers. You will have a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge challenges in data engineering, analytics, and platform design—powering one of the largest and most advanced AI systems in the world. We value drive and intensity, curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset, and we’re looking for bold thinkers who are excited to shape the future of Copilot at Microsoft.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
