Join our AI Business Solutions Team in Saudi Arabia as a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, where you will lead the technical strategy and execution for transitioning enterprise endpoints to the cloud. This role is deeply technical, requiring expert-level proficiency across Microsoft’s endpoint and virtualisation solutions, including Windows 365, Windows 365 Link, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, and Cloud Native Management.
As a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, your mission is to win the technical decision by delivering tailored demonstrations, orchestrating proof-of-concept deployments, and leading whiteboarding sessions that align with customer business outcomes. You will partner closely with AI Workforce Specialists and field sellers to uncover customer challenges, architect secure and scalable endpoint solutions, and drive adoption of Windows 365. Flexible work arrangements are available, including partial or full remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expert-level technical subject matter expertise in Microsoft products and differentiators, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Scale customer engagements as a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller, demonstrating a growth mindset and advanced delivery, discovery, demo, and whiteboarding skills.
- Build strategy and stay up to date on Microsoft product strengths and competitor weaknesses to unblock competitive blockers and win technical decisions for Microsoft.
- Lead solution design and proof, winning technical decisions by deeply understanding customer business needs, differentiating Microsoft in complex selling environments, and quantifying business impact.
- Escalate blockers appropriately, push back on customer objections when necessary, and unblock technical blockers with customers.
- Engage in partner sell-with scenarios by collaborating with partners on technical engagement activities and acting as a source of trusted partner knowledge.
- Competitive analysis: identifying and articulating Microsoft’s strengths versus competitors to unblock technical blockers and win technical decisions.
- Strategic technical planning: mapping Microsoft solutions to customer digital transformation plans and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR
- Equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years’ experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Management, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, etc.).
Technical Expertise
- Advanced to expert-level proficiency (L400+) in Microsoft endpoint solutions, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11, and related cloud-native management technologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
- Ability to design, implement, and support secure, scalable endpoint solutions for enterprise customers.
