Responsibilities
Driving Business Growth by Customer and Partner Obsession
Drive strategic engagements and delivers aspirational goals. Leads teams in account planning, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. Ensures customer satisfaction, promotes tailored solutions, and drives digital transformation. Shares best practices, encourages opportunity identification, and directs business planning.
Business Excellence
Monitors revenue trends, collaborates with Finance for forecasting, and streamlines processes to align with strategic goals. Builds networks, manages accounts, advises on escalations, and oversees risk.
People and Cultural Transformational Leader
Develops engagement strategies, coaches for impactful presentations, and connects teams globally. Acts as a thought leader, drives talent and diversity initiatives, and utilizes expertise to meet client needs and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience, 5+ years direct/formal people management experience
