We are looking for a technically skilled and strategic professional to drive customer success through leveraging Azure Infrastructure and Microsoft solutions. This role blends technical leadership, customer advocacy, and partner collaboration to deliver impactful engagements and accelerate adoption.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
Engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers on Azure Infrastructure topics.Build credibility through deep technical expertise, portfolio knowledge, and industry insights.Lead technical wins for Microsoft technologies, proactively resolving blockers by leveraging product and support teams.Conduct technical discovery to identify customer needs and showcase tailored Microsoft solutions anchored in business value.
Solution Design & Proof
Apply and customise architecture patterns for partners and customers.Deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions using Microsoft solutions across workloads.Ensure alignment with Microsoft standards and customer requirements during early-stage engagements.
Partner Collaboration
Engage in partner sell-with scenarios, acting as a liaison and sharing visibility on partner resources and processes.Identify and nurture relationships with top partners for proactive engagement in opportunities.
Community & Enablement
Share best practices internally and externally through technical communities, executive briefings, and enablement sessions.Conduct workshops, webinars, and training to educate customers and colleagues on Microsoft solutions.Continuously grow domain expertise and maintain readiness through learning and mentoring.
Strategic Influence & Competitive Insights
Act as the voice of the customer (VOC), driving feedback, blockers, and insights to shape Microsoft products and services.Capture and share competitive knowledge across solution areas with product and engineering teams to enhance capabilities and develop strategies.Work with account teams to craft strategic win plans and tailor Microsoft messaging for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND sollid experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience
Solid experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security;).
Advantageous Language Skills: Hebrew, Greek, Russian
