Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager for the Gaming Central Investment team with reporting and change management experience who can operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving business environment. This role will focus on creating consistent views and insights on our investments that enable stakeholders to focus on key decision points.


Responsibilities
Business and Finance Partnership:

Manage tracking and insights for Gaming COGS including partnership across finance teams to provide clarity on decision levers. Facilitate partner team discussions on investment areas to support effective resource allocation for gaming.
Process Excellence:
Create clear, standardized reporting views and processes to support efficient execution during key finance cycles (close, forecast).

Resource Allocation and Management:
Partner with procurement and business teams on vendor spend to align with strategic functional areas.

Special Projects:
Manage ongoing Gaming Leadership support with special projects encompassing Gaming Together strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in analyzing and using data to drive business insight and decisions


Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
